Meet Dame Kakita Tomoe. 

I started playing BESM recently. Although it may seem strange to you guys, role-playing was quite a hobby for me during childhood. 

I don't want to go into too much detail about her. All you need to know is that my character is pretty badass. Though I will go into detail about her design:

She is half dragon, so I had to give her some recognizable features. After the preliminary sketches, I had an epiphany! Make her an asian dragon! This idea suited her a lot better since her design is more japanese (nerd). But what really initiated that idea was how I could incorporate that into her outfit! I had recalled that Generals in the late Bakumatsu Era wore uniforms with red fur head-dresses - and asian dragons have those manes...Bingo!!

So in the end, I pandered to my rekijo tendencies but having her wear a period military uniform.
